What does the delivery fee include for Ceuta, Melilla, the region of the Canary Islands or outside of the EU?
In case of a delivery to Ceuta, Melilla, the region of the Canary Islands or to the EU, the costs don’t include the customs clearance fees or other taxes of the destination. If necessary, the recipient has to cover these including import costs and customs clearance tariff of the destination regardless of whether or not the products really got delivered or if the recipient didn’t take them. We do everything in our power to complete our deliveries as soon as possible but the current regulations concerning imported products of the destination also come into play. Alldubin takes no responsibility for products in case of strikes, armed conflicts or other major events. Alldubin takes no responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or for the confiscation of certain elements if the local authorities deem its necessary.
What to do if you want to alter something after the order has been submitted?
If data must be changed regarding the delivery addresses then it must be done before the order is processed. You must open a report about the non delivered order at customer service. Our collegaues will contact You as soon as possible. The solution in other cases is to delete the order and submit a new one. Alldubin refunds the deleted order in a few days.
What should i do after receiving the delivery?
All of our products leave our storage with packaging in perfect condition.
First thing you should do is to check if the received number of packages is equal to the number of packages sent. Next you should carefully check the exterior of each package individually for signs of damage, impact, entry, holes, cracks, lack of courier stamps, anything that might suggest the package was damaged. Its mandatory to write " THE SHIPMENT IS VISIBLY DAMAGED" on paper or in digital form (PDA) on the delivery report of the courier or the head of delivery if there are signs that the shipment is damaged. If this is not noted on the report and then we receive pictures about the visible damages, we automatically deny the report.
